Throughout the years, ESI has executed several projects using third party financing services. Third party financing is usually requested by a client who either has a shortage of capital at a particular time or wishes to perform an off balance sheet capital project.
ESI has developed a working relationship with several companies to provide third party financing services. The company that ESI would select for a particular project depends upon the client’s specific project needs and third party finance structure.
Following are a few examples of the different types of third party financing structures that can be performed:- Operating lease arrangement with operating and maintenance services provided by the client.
- Operating lease arrangement with an agreement for the third party entity to provide operating and maintenance services.
- Build/own/operate by the third party entity with a commodity sale agreement for the delivery of utilities across the fence to the client.
