Project Description
: Assets on Demand is definitely the path that Russell Corporation wanted to take. ESI was the EPC Contractor for their 80,000 PPH Steam Facility which was completed in 1997. The facility was built to accommodate an additional 80,000 PPH boiler to meet future steam needs; however, when the time approached, Russell decided on a long-term lease rather than to purchase the boiler outright. Due to the length of the rental, Russell Corporation enclosed the rental boiler. An economizer was included as part of the rental to reduce the consumption of natural gas.

: ESI's Assets on Demand allowed Russell to lease rather than use their capital dollars.
