Project Description:

ESI was the EPC Contractor for this 80,000 pph steam facility. This system consisted of one 80,000 pph boiler designed to produce 200 psig saturated steam burning natural gas or #2 fuel oil, along with all waterside auxiliaries designed for a 160,000 pph plant (future 80,000 pph boiler addition planned). The controls for this installation included a dual-station Johnson Yokogawa Distributed Control System. The system was housed in a new masonry/metal building which included a break area, locker room, bathroom, and shower.
