Project Description:

ESI was the EPC Contractor for this 150,000 pph natural gas and #2 fuel oil-fired package boiler system designed for future cogeneration. The system includes a boiler designed for 750 psig and future 750°F, a low NOx burner assembly, deaerator for the new boiler as well as existing boilers, demolition of three existing boilers, feedwater pumps, new controls for interconnection into an existing distributed control system, utility tie-ins, all foundations, mechanical piping, new building enclosure, blowdown heat exchanger system, electrical wiring, and other auxiliaries.
