Project Description:

The facility includes a 325,000 PPH field-erected wood-fired boiler, designed to provide 1200 psig/ 900°F superheated steam to a nominal 37MW steam turbine generator.  The material handling system is desgined to provide 50 tons/ hour of biomass to the boiler.

The material handling system includes:

  • Truck Receiving from self-unloading trucks
  • Material Screening
  • Material Conveying
  • Material Storage
  • Automatic Reclaim
  • Metal Removal
