Engineering, Procurement, & Construction

ESI performs the majority of its projects on a complete engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis. For these projects, ESI performs all engineering, purchases all of the equipment, manages the construction using local labor, commissions the facility, and trains the operators. The projects are typically executed on a firm lump sum non-escalating price basis. ESI provides the client with a single source responsibility for the entire project including all performance guarantees and equipment warranties.

ESI has expertise in all aspects of steam and power-related systems including:

-Complete Steam and Power Generating Systems
-Material Handling Systems
-Water Treatment Systems
-Instrumentation and Controls
-Environmental Compliance

-Carbon Burn-out Systems
-And several first-of-a-kind technologies

ESI has experience combusting a wide range of fuels including:

For a typical project, ESI assembles the best commercially available technology to meet the client’s particular needs. Our approach enables us to evaluate standard industry technology and apply it in unique ways, which has led us to execute several first-of-a-kind projects.

If you have any steam, power, or waste problems, ESI is the company to call. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your particular needs and assist in finding an innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally-friendly solution.

If you already have a project in mind, there is no need to waste time trying to evaluate the project’s costs and merits. ESI evaluates dozens of  potential projects each month, which keeps us current with environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and perhaps most importantly, equipment costs, both designed and installed. With this level of expertise, ESI can creatively look at your situation and offer the best solution.
