St. Paul Biomass Cogeneration Power Plant
ESI was the Engineer for the 37 MW St. Paul Biomass Cogeneration Power Plant, which began commercial operation in April of 2003. This plant is the largest wood-fired combined heat and power plant in the United States serving a district energy system. President George W. Bush toured the biomass project and cited it as a national model for innovative energy production.
